Enjoy like Cary Grant

Roberta Faraday (Erin Carufel) is a young lawyer who intends to use DNA evidence to overturn the murder conviction of death row Kitay Thomas (Kim Estes), who had been convicted of murdering his wife. The first time I found, however, is puzzled by his insistence that he is the late actor Cary Grant, and instead of responding directly to questions, is content to recall their roles in the film and his career in Hollywood .

Frustrated by his refusal to cooperate, gradually realizes that he does not want help. Mourning the loss of his wife, who has lost the will to live. Only by adapting the carefree personality of the actor who has found a way to pass the time until the fateful day. Roberta has baggage of his property. His father (Jan Munroe) is a stern judge who is considered poorly paid position to help Roberta hope to be a criminal waste of talent. And her boyfriend live in Lucas (Randolph Adams) is an unemployed photographer who is allowing you to support it until "the best opportunity presents itself." She has to make some radical changes in his life and his attitude in order to find happiness. Can the lawyer and prisoner of keeping each other?
It's an interesting premise, but the game's writer and director Rick Pagano is a mixed lot. Some of the dialogue rings, but in an effort to address several issues at the same time, often feels like a TV movie performed live, with fast scene changes and incidental music. Some of the transitions are rather abrupt, there are a couple of ill-advised dream sequences, and the constant presence of the ghost's wife Kitay (Christine Syron) does not really work.
Many of the characters are one-dimensional, including Faraday and Luke Munroe Judge Adams. Bombast and bluster is Faraday, while Luke has a tolerant attitude, even when confronted with their shortcomings. Given more to work, fares better as Roberta Carufel, although it does not seem to stray very far from the professionals we are tense at the beginning of the work. Grant Estes Impersonation is not great, but maybe that's the point ... is aware pretending. But when you drop the facade and talk like real Kitay, which offers some of the most moving lines of production.
